About the Role
As Technical Designer, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and design documentation, supporting project delivery from concept through to completion. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce detailed technical drawings and design documentation in line with project requirements and internal standards

Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and aligned with project scope

Support the coordination of design work across different disciplines to enable smooth project delivery

Review and update project drawings and specifications throughout the full project lifecycle

Maintain awareness of current industry standards, building regulations, and innovative design practices relevant to fitout projects

Provide technical advice and problem-solving support during construction phases

Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by ensuring accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all design outputs
Skills and Experience

Proven experience in technical design within the fitout or construction industry

Strong background in technical drawing, CAD software, and design documentation

Good understanding of building regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders
