Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out (Cat A & Cat B)

We're recruiting on behalf of an established contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 14-week commercial fit out project in Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven Site Manager with a strong background delivering Cat A & Cat B office and commercial fit outs. You'll be joining a contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial developments and refurbishment projects across the UK.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a commercial fit out project
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and on programme
- Monitor quality, progress and site productivity
- Carry out site inspections and maintain health & safety standards
- Liaise with clients, project teams and suppliers
- Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep the project on track
- Ensure a successful handover at project completion
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Cat A & Cat B commercial fit out projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Excellent organisational and programme management skills
- Ability to lead from the front and deliver projects to a high standard
