They are currently seeking an experienced Site / Finishing Manager for a temporary position on a new build affordable homes scheme in Lancashire.
Requirements
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects
- Strong ability to oversee finishing stages, quality checks, and site coordination
