About the Role
Due to a consistent flow of quality leads to work with, they are now looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive to join their growing team and help accelerate the adoption of solar energy across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with warm leads and responding to customer enquiries.
- Conducting virtual consultations to understand customer needs.
- Presenting competitively priced tailored solar energy solutions, benefits, and pricing options.
- Following up on leads and managing your sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (Solar/Renewable Energy experience preferred but is not essential).
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy sector is preferred but not essential.
Pay range and compensation package
Competitive base + Attractive commission scheme with excellent earning potential.
