What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through their home-buying journey with expert local knowledge
- Convert leads into site visits and sales using proven methodologies
- Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience in service environments (housebuilding, retail, estate agency, etc.)
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and resilience under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and travel as needed
- Full driving license and vehicle for business use
