Regional Estimator – Residential Development
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Estimator to lead land viability and appraisal across the region. You’ll work closely with Technical, Land, and Commercial teams to assess land opportunities, deliver accurate cost estimates, and support smart, cost-effective development decisions.
What you’ll do:

Evaluate land acquisition costs, site conditions, and risk to inform strategic land decisions.

Prepare detailed construction and viability estimates with full cost breakdowns.

Collaborate with internal teams to explore innovative construction methods and value-engineer designs.

Provide financial appraisals for new land bids and support key regional reports and submissions.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in land viabilities/appraisals, cost estimating, or residential groundworks.

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and challenging ground solutions.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam) - COINS experience is a bonus.
