Key Responsibilities

Attend client and internal briefing meetings

Liaise with clients as required

Cost and manage multiple projects at the same time

Price and agree contract variations in a timely manner while maximising entitlement

Understand and make allowances for compliance requirements

Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value

Prepare detailed cost plans in line with project briefs

Carry out surveys to support design and quantification

Assess how project progress impacts overall cost

Provide cost advice to support project decision-making

Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by management
Skills and Experience
