Salary: Up to £40,660 per annum

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their team, covering properties across North and East London, with occasional work in South London.

The successful candidate will have a strong plumbing background and be confident carrying out a range of general repairs and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance.

• Complete a range of multi-trade works as required.

• Work across occupied residential properties.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

• Maintain a professional approach when working with residents and customers.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and company standards.

• Travel across North and East London, with occasional work in South London.

About You

• Strong plumbing background.

• Previous experience working as a Multi Trader.

• Part P qualification is desirable.

• Good knowledge of general property repairs and maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
