Due to an increasing workload and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator / Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
This is a key position within the business, supporting project delivery and ensuring the smooth coordination of contracts from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion of contracts
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline workflow
- Monitoring contract progress and reporting on key milestones and any arising issues
- Assisting in the preparation, organisation, and management of contractual documentation
- Supporting the project team with administrative tasks related to contract administration
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Administration role within Construction is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
- Solid understanding of contract administration processes
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
