Growing regional specialist refurbishment and maintenance contractor requires a Planner / Programmer to bring together their significantly increasing project portfolio.

Key duties for the role: 

• Develop, maintain and update fully logic‑linked programmes using Asta Powerproject and/or Microsoft Project

• Build phased, resourced schedules across pre‑construction and live delivery

• Lead programme development during PCSA, ensuring clarity on scope, sequencing and deliverability

• Identify critical paths, float, constraints and programme risks

• Integrate design, procurement, commercial and operational inputs into a single coherent programme

• Track progress against baseline and produce programme performance reports

• Ensure programmes align with contractual requirements, NEC/JCT obligations and client expectations

• Facilitate cross‑functional communication, ensuring all stakeholders understand programme intent

• Provide programme data to support cost planning, resource allocation and risk management
