Location: Hastings and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £40,660 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role

Our client is looking for experienced Multi Traders to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Hastings and the surrounding areas.

Duties

• Carry out general property repairs and maintenance

• Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery

• Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations

• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs

• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements

• Experience working across multiple maintenance trades

• Competent in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building repairs

• Experience working in tenanted properties

• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in a relevant trade, or equivalent experience

• Full UK driving licence

• DBS check or willingness to undertake one

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Good customer service skills
