Multi-Traders - Multiple Positions Available

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple Multi -Traders to carry out repairs and maintenance on void properties across Derby.

Successful candidates must have a qualification in Joinery, Plumbing or Plastering, alongside the ability to carry out a range of additional trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance on void properties.

• Completing work within your core trade and undertaking additional trades as required.

• Travelling between properties throughout the working day.

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements

• NVQ in Joinery, Plumbing or Plastering.

• Valid CSCS card.

• Manual Handling certificate.

• Working at Heights certificate.

• Asbestos Awareness certificate.

• Own van and tools.

• Experience working across multiple trades.
