Responsibilities
- Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including carpentry, Plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance works at social housing sites.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative within the social housing or property maintenance sector.
- NVQ qualification relevant to the trade.
- Full driving licence is essential.
- Ability to work independently and utilise initiative when required.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
