Construction Resources are recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction contractor seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners for ongoing commercial refurbishment projects based in Blackpool.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with an established contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment schemes.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced site team, you’ll be carrying out a range of joinery and finishing works on commercial refurbishment projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen installations.
- Internal door fitting and ironmongery.
- Architrave and skirting installation.
- General second-fix joinery.
- Working alongside other trades to deliver projects on programme.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner on commercial refurbishment projects.
- High-quality finish with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work.
Essential Qualifications
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Manual Handling.
- Working at Height.
- Own tools and transport preferred.
