I’m currently working with a fantastic client in the Social Housing sector who specialises in roofing. They are looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can take ownership of marketing strategy and drive brand growth within a purpose-led environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage brand, content, and digital presence (website, social media, email)
• Support bid and tender submissions with high-quality marketing materials
• Work closely with internal teams to promote projects and services
• Engage with stakeholders including clients, partners, and residents
• Track and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role
• Background in Social Housing, Construction, or a related sector (desirable)
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proactive, creative, and commercially aware
