We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for a Flagger and Labourer team to work on a long-term social housing contract in the Halton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable two-person team looking for ongoing, consistent work with a company that values quality and professionalism.
The Role
- Carrying out external flagging and groundwork repairs
- Assisting with general labouring duties on site
- Working on occupied social housing properties
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Travelling between sites using a company van
Requirements
- Previous experience in flagging and general labouring
- Valid CSCS cards (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (for the flagger/driver)
- Ability to work well as a two-person team
- Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious
- Experience within social housing or property maintenance is advantageous
