They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Engineer to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities ensuring project deadlines are met
- Collaborate with the site management team to plan and coordinate works
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the site
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Assist with programme updates and report progress to senior management
- Resolve technical and logistical issues on-site swiftly and efficiently
- Ensure the delivery of works to specifications, quality standards, and within budget
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within housebuilding or similar sectors
- Strong understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Civil Engineering or Construction-related qualification is desirable
- Full driving licence and willingness to work on-site across projects in the West Midlands
