Multi Trader

Location: Worcester-based with travel across the Midlands
Salary: £37,500 + £5,000 car allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible early/late working depending on the contract
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor for an experienced Multi Trader to join their team. The role is based from their Worcester office, with travel required across the Midlands. Due to the nature of some sites, including governmental locations such as holding cells, DBS and security checks will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard

• Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works

• Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations

• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs where required

• Travel across various sites throughout the Midlands

• Complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Travel will be required across:

• Lincolnshire

• Nottingham

• Derby

• Leicester

• Loughborough

• Northampton

• Coventry

About You

• Previous experience working as a Multi Trader

• Good knowledge of property repairs and maintenance

• Competent across carpentry, basic joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Own vehicle required

• Willingness to travel across the required areas

• Able to pass DBS and security checks
