They are now looking to appoint a Creative Lead Designer to help drive the vision and quality of their workplace interiors offering. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines big-picture creativity with commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to deliver inspiring office environments that stand out in a competitive market.
The Role
As Creative Lead Designer, you will lead the creative direction of major workplace interior projects, shaping concepts from pitch stage through to delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, mentor designers, and play an influential role in maintaining and elevating the studio’s design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction of commercial workplace interior projects

Develop compelling design concepts that respond to client briefs and business needs

Oversee design quality across multiple projects and presentations

Play a key role in pitches, client engagement, and front-end concept development

Mentor and inspire junior and mid-level designers

Collaborate with project, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure design excellence is achieved in practice

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in commercial interiors, ideally within office fit-out

Proven ability to lead the creative direction of workplace projects

Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills
