Job Overview
They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that their organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also be responsible for the submissions department and over see the day to day running of it.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of awareness and responsibility.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards, ensuring the organisation remains compliant.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies as necessary, ensuring effective communication and resolution of compliance issues.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that all products/services meet established standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a compliance role or similar position within the industry.
- Must have submissions experience
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards applicable to the organisation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential compliance issues proactively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in quality assurance is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
