Construction Resources is recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering company based in Lancashire. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects across the North West, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Administrator to support their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering major infrastructure and civil engineering projects while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the commercial team

Processing invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation

Assisting with cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting

Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Supporting project meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking
Requirements

Previous administrative experience (construction or civil engineering preferred)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and attention to detail

A proactive and reliable approach to work
