Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for residential projects.
- Assist with design assessments and selection of relevant building materials in line with project briefs.
- Collaborate with surveyors and property teams to ensure accurate site data and survey information is incorporated into designs.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and external consultants to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Maintain design standards and ensure all drawings meet company and industry regulations.
- Support the planning and approval process through preparing detailed submissions and liaising with authorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the housebuilding sector.
- Strong knowledge of property surveying and relevant building regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in preparing planning and construction drawings for residential developments.
